We record and back up your sessions on separate hard drives. We do this as a courtesy and are not responsible for the contents of your session.

You are encouraged to bring your own hard drive to store your projects. USB2 drives can be used for storage only. Firewire drives can be used in real time with Pro Tools to record, mix and master.

Your project can also be be backed up to DVD but you will be charged our hourly rate for this service. The media is free.

Custom Piano tuning is $100 (we make no profit on this charge). The piano is in good average tune for most popular music genres. Special tuning may be needed for classical, opera and some jazz.

There is no charge for the use of our in-house studio instruments or amplifiers.

We write an invoice and take payment at the end of the session unless you have pre-paid for a block of time.

No tax is charged on the hourly rate unless your project is not for resale (i.e. it's not for some kind of release that will be sold to the public, and you are the END USER), in which case we are required to collect sales tax on all supplies and storage fees.

There is a one hour fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
